That he pushed Raziel in to the endless abyss of the abyss because that he knew that he wouldn't die, but would keep coming back a totally different person. The motives of the protagonist Kain became more sensible and understandable. This game tells us the events that happen soon after the finish of the prior chapter of "Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 2". This game may be the fifth installment in some role-playing games. Also, there was apparently no difference between the Soul Reaver's charged and uncharged appearance, except for during the final two cutscenes where it lost its aura.Legacy of Kain Defiance can be an atmospheric slasher action-adventure game with fantasy elements. He also needed it to empower the Reaver to destroy the 'blessed barriers' that blocked his path to Moebius. Kain could only start to charge the Reaver once he found this first, central fragment of the Vampires' Balance Emblem. The spell and charge properties do not seem to be properly developed as they are not as powerful as you would expect.
